Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about training with Allegro Fitness On Demand.

Who is Allegro Fitness for?
Allegro Fitness is for dancers who want thoughtful cross-training that supports their technique, with the flexibility to train anytime, anywhere.
How long are the workouts?
Workouts range from approximately 5–35 minutes. Most sessions are intentionally designed to fit into a dancer's busy schedule, allowing you to train effectively without adding another major time commitment.
What equipment do I need?
Our workouts require minimal equipment. While you won't need access to a gym, some workouts incorporate simple, portable tools such as resistance bands, a foam pad, a stability ball, a BOSU trainer, and a foam roller. You do not need all of this equipment to get started — many workouts can be modified based on what you have available. For recommended equipment, please visit the Equipment Guide within the platform.
Where can I access the workouts?
Workouts can be accessed through your membership using a browser on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
How often are new workouts added?
New content will be added weekly.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial right now. Membership is a simple monthly plan you can cancel anytime.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is $17.99 per month, billed monthly. It includes full access to the workout library and new workouts added every week.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account. Access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Are the workouts suitable for younger dancers?
Our training is designed with dancers in mind, including pre-professional students. If a dancer is under 18, we recommend a parent or guardian set up and manage the account, and that younger dancers train with appropriate supervision.
Do I need to be at a certain level?
No. Workouts focus on strength, stability, mobility, and recovery that support dancers at many stages. Start with what feels manageable and build from there. If you're returning from injury or unsure, check with a qualified professional first.
